You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Putt Putt Around Town provides portable mini golf rentals, event experiences, related add-ons, and may also offer physical merchandise through our online store.
We make every effort to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, colors, product appearance, equipment configuration, event layouts, course placement, signage, accessories, or other details may differ from how they appear on your screen or in photographs.
Event layouts may vary based on the selected package, number of lanes, venue size, venue conditions, accessibility, weather, safety requirements, and other event-specific circumstances.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased or booked by you will be exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.
All descriptions of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product, package, add-on, or service at any time and may limit the quantities, availability, service areas, dates, or locations in which products or services are offered.

Putt Putt Around Town reserves the right to accept or decline an order or booking request for any lawful reason at its discretion.
Submitting a quote request, availability request, or inquiry does not guarantee that a date, time, location, or course configuration is reserved.
An event booking is confirmed only after Putt Putt Around Town accepts the reservation and any required deposit, reservation payment, or other required payment has been received.
Please review all event information carefully before submitting your booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your event date, time, address, venue, course size, package selection, requested add-ons, available setup space, access restrictions, parking, loading areas, and other event requirements.
Changes to your event date, location, duration, course configuration, number of lanes, selected package, add-ons, or other requirements may result in changes to pricing or availability.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order or booking, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, phone number, or other contact information provided at the time the order or booking was made.
Purchases, cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that merchandise purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, packages, add-ons and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price stated in the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, product page, checkout page, or order confirmation at the time the transaction is completed.

Event pricing may vary depending on factors including location, number of lanes, event duration, venue access, distance, requested add-ons, staffing, setup requirements, and other event-specific circumstances.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If the information provided changes, the quoted price may also change.
We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing and are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment, account, and booking information for all transactions.
You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND EVENT SETUP
Putt Putt Around Town primarily provides mobile mini golf rentals that are delivered, set up and removed by our team.
Rental mini golf equipment is not shipped to customers through traditional parcel carriers unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Delivery and setup requirements are determined by the event location, course configuration, venue access, event schedule, available space, and other logistical requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning:
Event address and venue
Parking and loading access
Stairs, elevators, gates or restricted entrances
Indoor or outdoor setup
Setup surface
Available space
Venue setup and breakdown times
Venue rules
Security requirements
Loading restrictions
Other circumstances that may affect delivery, setup, operation or breakdown
Unexpected venue restrictions, inaccurate information, inaccessible setup areas, or changes requested after booking may affect setup time, course configuration, availability, or pricing.
Putt Putt Around Town may determine that a proposed setup area is unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, or otherwise inappropriate for the equipment.
Outdoor event setup and operation may also be affected by weather and ground conditions.
If physical merchandise is purchased for shipment, estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, photographs, video, audio, website elements, course branding, digital games, promotional materials, designs and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Putt Putt Around Town, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Event-specific terms contained in a written quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement may supplement these Terms.
If an event-specific agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms concerning that particular booking, the event-specific terms will control to the extent of the conflict.
No ambiguity in these Terms shall automatically be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorized attempt to do so may be null and void.
We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations as permitted by applicable law.
